Diet Vs Life Style Change

Life style change is better than diet alone.

Dieting can feel like you are walking through a dessert and there is nothing but pain through the entire process. AND at the end, you reward yourself with "water" or ...the worst foods!


Developing life style changes are strengths and this strength is a #super power. Meditation is a very powerful tool not just for developing peace and calm....It can assist you in cutting out cravings for a range of damaging foods, behaviours and thought patterns. Meditators learn not to push things away, rather then learn how to enhance what they pay attention to. Through enhancing your focus and what you select to come into your minds experience, you become more of a magnet to the positive aspects of life that enhance you. You become more of a magnet to the things that create the very best version of you. You should aim to develop #strong habits my that make your mind stronger and more efficient. If you rest on even for one day in the beginning, the energy of #habit will decline, meditation mush be a habit you create and.....it will serve you well later on in life if not immediately! It takes a long time for habits to get deeply set in. Good and bad habits! To break out of a damaging cycle takes just as much work if not MORE work.
