Sarah’s Social Strategy

What is social strategy? Do you even have one. Some people are introverts.... Jane was an introvert and she often struggled with social anxiety at work events....and even her social circles. It is possible to overcome this alone but Jane needed some support. With the help of a therapist, she set small goals, like starting conversations with one new person at a time. This creates what we call in the field.... the momentum effect. Slowly, her fear of networking faded away. It is all about taking small steps my friend....
